I first me this lovely couple back in August. They were relocating from Seattle and looking for a home in the Vancouver area. We started our search on Facetime first and I was able to get a sense of their likes and dislikes. The search was met with many challenges including a strong sellers market like I have ever seen. Fortunately my buyers were patient and flexible and after 3 failed offers we found a great home for them. I am so excited for Sam and Simone as they become home owners and build a great new life for themselves. Congratulations.
