I got a message from some past clients a while back stating they were interested in investing into real estate. We met for beers, we talked all things real estate, and all the different ways you can use your capital to invest in real estate. Fast forward about 3 months, and they are the proud new owners of an awesome opportunity in N. Portland. This photo was the very first “idea” they had for this house which catapulted them into all kinds of ideas for this amazing house. They are handy. They are motivated. And they have great taste! They have decided to rent out their current (and so dang cute) house, and move into this new one, and will be fixing it up and making it their very own. I honestly can’t wait to watch all the projects unfold. They promised me they will be updating their instagram stories as things start taking off. I am giddy with excitement!
