CONGRATULATIONS to my wonderful buyers on their “new” home! Newish to Portland, but not new to fixing homes up, these two scored a great deal on a 98-year-old home in the fantastic location of SW Portland, Sylvan-Highlands. While the home is in definite need of some aesthetic updates and a new roof (check out that rainforest growing on the roof!), there’s not much more in the “fixing” department that needed to happen. These buyers scored a great deal and will put some sweat equity in the next few months before moving in. Can’t wait to show you the after photos!
