When my clients came looking for an easy breezy Portland Flat, we started the search in The Alphabet District. We toured everything from Courtyard Condos to Pre-War Buildings. Condos with no elevators, but a lot of character, but no parking, no laundry and no outdoor space. That’s when we broadened the search to include close-in SW Portland. As we made our way up Vista towards “the grid”, there it was! Quietly nestled in the tree-lined blocks of Portland Heights, the perfect ground floor condo, and fully updated! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry, balcony, kitchen nook and a formal living and dining room, it was a no-brainer. This flat, they said, is “perfect”.
