Floating On Hot Air!!

By Matt Guy, November 15, 2019

With the anticipation of the arrival of their new baby this fall, Chris & Natasha knew it was time to move on from their 1100 sq ft home, that they also ran a successful business out of!!!
Chris bought the NE Portland home 4 years ago, and it had incredible outdoor spaces, efficient, clean layout, and because the footprint of the home was so small, possibility for future development in the huge yard. But with a new family member on the way, and Chris’s larger involvement with the Hot Air balloon business owned by himself and his Father run out of Aurora, it was time to move from their current house to a more spacious home, hopefully near family in Lake Oswego, and the hot air balloon business.

Amazingly we found everything they wanted in Wilsonville, 1/2 acre of land, massive, inviting wrap around front porch, a classic, country style, but with a modern feel, plus it overlooks a pond. Simply a dream come true.

Wishing you the bet Chris & Natasha – it is fun to play a small role in your incredible, rising ride.
