Forever? Forever, Ever?

By Living Room Realty, November 13, 2020

I’ve known Wass for some time now, since my freshman year of college. Over the years, we’ve always had mutual friends and would see each other occasionally. Fast forward to last September, I was hosting a first time home buyers’ class at Remote.ly and Josh came! I figured he was there to show support, like many of my friends did, but here we are closing on his new home with his amazing girlfriend Brett!

With first time home buyers, and my friends and family, as the core of my business, it’s not common that I sell Forever homes. Typically they’re first step homes, to get them into home ownership and to use as a stepping stone to future homes. That is typically a part of our first time home buyers’ class actually, reminding them that their first purchase likely won’t be their forever home. However, this home HAS IT. It is completely dialed, with one of the nicest kitchens I have ever seen. It even has a white picket fence! Whether this really is their forever home, I’m just excited that I was able to help out another friend in their search! Congrats J and B!
