My client had spent the last few years splitting her time between two cities and in a house in Portland that she just didn’t love. As she started her search for a place to call home and to live in Portland full time, location was high on her priority list. She had been living in a house with excessive noise pollution in addition to being a much older home that required a lot of maintenance.
We discussed what her next home should be; what felt important to her, the spaces she wanted an

I knew immediately that she needed a home built after 1935, these homes just feel so solid, they tend to have a highly functional floor plan, large windows and full of charm.
