I just had the pleasure of helping my close friends close on their 6th transaction with me. Even when I write that, I still can’t believe it! I helped them purchase this townhome a little over a year ago as an investment property. And in just over a year, they made a huge profit. However, they needed to sell it in order to buy the vacation home of their dreams on the lake. I feel so fortunate to have been able to help them through this whole process. They were able to pass this townhome on to a wonderful woman who is moving to the area to be closer to her kids and grandkids. Because of this, my clients and friends are able to build incredible memories at their lake house! I just love being able to help facilitate transactions like this!
