Kyle had lived in the Pearl District for a few years and was looking to move across the river for more space and a yard. One thing that Kyle had gotten used to in the Pearl is the convenience to walk to everything. This was important to him to find in his new home.
When this beautiful Arbor Lodge four square came to market we toured the home and did a neighborhood drive. Kyle discovered how close he would be to the action on both N Killingsworth and N Greeley, how close the Max line runs and how close a number of parks are to take his active dog. The walkability to all the hot North Portland spots sealed the deal on this one.
