My client contacted me in mid-December to let me know she needed my help finding a house for her daughter and son-in-law. They recently found out that they were having a second set of twins with a due date in the late Spring. Stress levels were high when they realized their current house was not equipped to house 4 kids under the age of 2. They also realized they will need a little extra space so family members can come help out once the babies are born. Finding the perfect house in a short period of time is always a challenge, but even more so when inventory is at a historic low and competition is fierce among buyers. Despite that, we found the perfect home!
Zach wanted a large lot, Katie wanted room for all and both knew that their life is too busy to take on anything less than move-in ready. The house we found on SW Moss is a beauty and checks all the boxes. Congratulations Katie and Zach. I am so excited for your new adventures and many wonderful memories to be made in your new house!
