July 6th, 2020: “Hey there, Ella – I hope you’re doing well! I copied my friend Tai on this message, as I wanted to introduce the two of you– Tai is looking to make the move from Seattle to PDX and buy his first home! Obviously I want to make sure he’s working with the best in the biz, so I thought I had probably ought to connect you. :)”
This is how it’s done! A previous awesome client of mine (thank you, Liz!) set up this intro less than a month ago with the email title “Future Portlander, Comin’ in Hot”, and sure enough here we are exactly four weeks later on August 3rd, CLOSING DAY. In the span of 4 short weeks Tai and I were introduced, toured 5 homes, saw this cutie bungalow for a second showing, competed and won in a multiple offer situation with an accepted offer under market value in a hot neighborhood (ask me how!), inspected, and closed in 3 weeks.
CONGRATULATIONS on your first home, Tai! I’m excited to welcome you to Portland and wish you many happy years in your new home!
