Gabriel Park Treasure

By Sharon Bloudek, April 14, 2021

When it was time to start looking for a new home, my clients hoped to find a place in the Multnomah/Hillsdale area. There is so much to love about these neighborhoods, but the icing on the cake was their son’s love of Gabriel Park. It was easy to see why this house was their dream home, upon seeing it the proximity to the park excited all three! Instantly dreams of being able to take family walks to the park together filled their minds. The home itself had a sweet kitchen, beautiful outdoor space, and separated guest room/office space. Above the garage was a space for the musician of the family to have a home studio for composing music, not to mention it was already built and ready to go upon move-in! Each of the three found their perfect part of the house, and altogether it was a treasure for the whole family!
