Get Outta Town

By Annalisa Peña, October 8, 2021

When you’ve been in Portland long enough or even visited multiple times, you’ve probably already hit up the hottest stops in the nearby great outdoors. You’ve journeyed through the Gorge and hiked to the top of Multnomah Falls, you’ve taken a day trip to Cannon Beach and peered out to sea past Haystack Rock, you may have even brought a picnic and some ciders to the river to enjoy the warm sun and cold, clear
water. If you feel like you’ve run out of treasures to explore, look no further than Crown Zellerbach Trail.

Just 30 minutes north of Portland lies the Chapman Landing Trailhead – your gateway to nearly 25 miles of tree shaded trail perfect for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The historic logging road will take you past basalt lava formations, through wetlands and farm fields, all while providing lush views of wildflowers, birds, and the majestic Cascade mountains. Escape the city without having to travel too far!

She/Her

A Portland native, my vast knowledge of the city’s geography and current market can support you in your residential real estate endeavors.

I am motivated by helping others, and I’m excited to help you find the best real estate solution for your lifestyle. My passion and years of experience in interior design and home renovation offer you a skilled perspective in aesthetics and function. I will actively advocate for and represent you with the best service, ensure that you are making the right decision, and manage your transaction and moving pieces with the utmost professionalism. I attended Oregon State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising Management and Interior Design. After spending 8 years in the window treatment industry (blinds and drapery will always have a special place in my heart!), I launched my real estate career. I work with a wide variety of clients, from first time home buyers to investors and those relocating to Portland. Design work allows my creative spirit to roam and I was honored to be featured in Oregon Home magazine. I chose to work at Living Room Realty because of their dedication to enriching communities across the Portland area, and I’m so happy that I get to build relationships with clients right here at home. In my downtime, you can find me at my kid’s soccer game, helping paint a neighborhood intersection, or sneaking away to Black Butte for a weekend at the cabin.
