Every once in a while a transaction that keeps you on your toes knocks you off your feet, and this one did time and time again. So much so that as I sit down to write this blog, I can’t yet bring myself to recollect the events that eventually led to keys…It was painful! Our team powered through, and my champion Buyers stuck it out to the end despite everything the process and the house threw at them. I kept going back to the old adage of “like child birth, this is going to be so worth it in the end.” Below are just a few excerpts (in sequential order) of this roller coaster ride that kept us all going and smiling even when things got tough. We so earned that shot of whiskey – congrats S&J, I cannot wait to see this home after you get your hands on this home!
