Getting back to their roots

By Living Room Realty, June 15, 2018

This dialed in townhouse is about 3 blocks to Nike, which is what made it perfect for my clients.  They both worked at Nike and when they decided to have a baby, could take their son to day care there. Too good to be true: they could walk to work and drop their child off at daycare, all without having to get in their car.  On top of this, they also were able to walk to Tualatin hills Park and rec, and Tualatin Hills nature reserve which is 224 acres with 4.48 miles of trails.  It was the perfect place for them.  This spring they called me to help them sell the house, because they were going to make the move back to Idaho, to be closer to family.  It was a pleasure to help them, they made it feel easy and now they are able to be closer to their family and community.
