My clients came to me in November, looking for a place with more space as they had been renting the same apartment for about 9 years. It was time to make a move and find a place with more space and a backyard. We got to work but there were not many homes available. They are busy professionals and didn’t really want to buy a fixer but they were on a time limit and we ended up on a house that needed love. I am so excited when clients get involved in rehabbing a house themselves as they get exactly what they want when they are doing the remodel such as heated floors, tile and so many other things, and they get the benefit of the equity. I am so excited for them and cant wait to see what they do with this beauty!
