It’s go time! When the amazing JJ Lee Kwai of Two Rivers Mortgage sent Nolan and Danielle my way in mid-December they were crazy eager to hit the road and get their first home nailed down come the first of the year. Why so quickly? Because they were expecting their second munchkin toward the end of January and wanted to bring him back from the hospital to their own home rather than someone else’s apartment. A baby and a house within weeks, who does that?! These guys do. Nolan and Danielle were rock solid and ready to make calculated decisions within minutes. One tour and a couple of offers later they were under contract on a perfectly located house large enough to hold the whole family as the kiddos grow. They took full advantage of the move-in ready condition and the fam of four was in like Flynn within weeks of baby’s grand entrance. Congrats to these decisive uber-parents on the realization of all the things!
