My buyer was looking for a bigger house. As is becoming more common these days, their mother moved in with them. They were living in a small 2 bedroom one bathroom house. They wanted a house that would allow the mother to live on the main floor, while the daughter and son-in-law had their own space upstairs. Ideally, they wanted a house with an ADU so they could rent that out for additional income. Furthermore, this house needed to be in close-in Portland. Additionally, the purchase was to be contingent on the sale of their current home. A lot of pieces needed to line up to make this work. We found the perfect home for them. I was able to develop rapport with the listing agent. Through great communication and a lot of work from everyone involved we were able to put a deal together. I’m super pleased to have helped my clients get their new house.
