Helping families move closer to one another is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. I’ve never actually met my client Miriam, but I met her daughter two years ago when my partner and I helped to get her into her first home. After seeing her daughter lay down roots in Portland and start her family, Miriam knew she wanted to be closer to them all to share in their lives in a way she wasn’t able to do from a distance. Miriam decided to pick up and make the move to Portland and needed help navigating her home search from afar. Not a problem! Thanks to facetime, Miriam and I toured many homes together, and I really began to hone in on just what she was looking for. After many months, we finally found the perfect gem in this condo in the Pearl! Close to Miriam’s family, and close to all the amenities she can’t wait to explore with her granddaughter, we knew this was the perfect place for her to call home!
