Gotta love clients who are in the game from the get go!! They needed to sell first, but understood that getting a contingent offer accepted was unlikely. After discussing options they decided to list their home, hope for a good offer (and terms with some rentback) and hopefully find a new home and get under contract quickly. Not many people are that brave these days, but the gamble paid off!! Quick cash sale on their home, plenty of free rent back and (after writing a great offer!), were in contract on their future home 4 days later. It doesn’t always work out that way, but so happy to hand off keys today, especially knowing they have two weeks to breath and move in after the whirlwind of 2 sales!
