You know when you meet people and you just think to yourself, “wow, these are some of the loveliest people on the planet. Like truly kind and wonderful and all around GOOD…” Well that is Theresa and Shawn. They navigated this incredibly challenging market with such grace, gratitude and care. Every single person who came in contact with them during this process made an effort to let me know how wonderful they are. If I could clone these people, I would. There were some bumps and hurdles along the way, and they handled it like complete champs. I had the pleasure of handing over the keys to their very first, and much deserved home and got to witness their love, their tears and their gratitude.
