One of the best parts of being a REALTOR® is when one of your dearest friends hires you to help them find their own home. Not only is it a huge honor and indication of trust, but it’s also so much fun!
I met my friend(and client!) Felicity and her darling daughter Beckett through a nanny share program that we had at our house. My daughter Harbor and Beckett totally hit it off and so did the mamas! Felicity is incredible. She is an artist and also has a radio show called Freeform Portland Radio, which is dedicated to reclaiming some non-corporate airspace. Aaaaand if that wasn’t cool enough, she also has one of the funniest instagram accounts around called Copy Catz Club, where she and a friend take photos of themselves and then the other has to copy it. Check it out. It’s friggin’ hilarious.
After a bit of searching for the right place for Felicity and her family, we lucked out and found not only an amazing home with a GIANT yard, but it’s mere blocks away from my house! Cheers to home and family and friends, all in a 4 block radius!
