Meet Jen and Nat! They were referred to me by past clients and had such a quick an easy time finding the right house. We looked a couple days, and they got their very first offer accepted. This is unheard of in this market! Inspections happened, things were smooth, everyone was happy, and then boom…curveballs with financing and a low appraisal in the final 1.5 week of the deal. IT WAS STRESSFUL! The good news is we collaborated beautifully with the lender, the listing agent and the seller and was able to get creative to get through the curveballs. It is never fun to have that kind of emotional rollercoaster, but it sure does make key day that much more exciting! We cheers, we celebrated, and we drank champagne in their lovely backyard to celebrate.
