Happy Sellers!

By Living Room Realty, November 10, 2021

A couple of months ago, I received an email from a referral who was interested in selling her Beaverton Townhome. She was referred to me by a lovely past client, so I had a feeling we would hit it off, and I was right! We chatted on the phone, we discussed her goals, we met in person, and I just knew things would go super well. The seller had owned her townhome since 2015, and wanted to use her equity to buy a home in Vancouver with her boyfriend. We discussed their goals, priorities and concerns, and put together a solid plan. Since I am only licensed in Oregon, I got them in contact with an awesome Washington agent from my office. We priced the home right, marketed it well, and she received 7 super strong offers the very first weekend. SHE WAS THRILLED! Not only that, but they found their replacement property that very same weekend. We all worked together to create a plan for closing and rent back. Everything went as smoothly as we could have ever hoped for. Not only did they close on the townhome without a glitch, but the very next day, they closed on their new home in Vancouver. I was texting with the Washington agent and we both gushed over what dream clients they are. I am so happy for them and this next chapter!
