Hazelwood & extra education!

By Living Room Realty, August 14, 2018

People are buying and I am still learning, I love that about my job.

I worked with my trusted lender Faith Watkins on this Hazelwood transaction, where we represented the buyer – so thankful for the relationship she and I have forged over the the years. Without her to help us through the additional (hidden at first) tasks as well as the learning I don’t know if this could have pulled together and made it to Sold. A good relationship with the listing agent did not hurt us either. Interesting stuff when a divorce decree holding future term changes is involved. We learn, we live, we move forward. If you have a potential tricky situation in your home buying or selling future, ask your lender – or me –  and we will do our best to sort out the actual answer!
