If you do real estate long enough you are bound to run into a new situation. I have a client that has been talking about getting a property with some acres for awhile now. He wanted to be somewhere betweeen Scapoose and Rainier. It took two weekends of driving out there and we found a great spot. It was equipped with about five acres with a well and a creek running behind it. Congratulations Chris on your first home purchase, it’s going to be great for you and all of the things you want to do! Shout out to Jeff Naylor on doing an awesome job with the loan.
