I was discussing all things real estate with a client here in Portland recently, when she asked if I could help her sell a home she had just inherited in the Napa Valley region. The place was not in great condition and she was feeling overwhelmed! By cooperating with a top flight agent in my referral network, I was able to put her on the path to achieving her goals.
Fast forward: With less than 24 hours on market, she just closed on the sale of her property for a cool 1.2 million dollars!
