I recently had the pleasure of helping my Mother-in-law sell her home and then purchase a new home.. Nothing is more rewarding than being able to help navigate your family through the largest financial decisions they will make.. This can be tough, confusing, stressful and downright crazy at times!! Couple that with the added pressure of knowing that family dynamics are always in play and that you need to be on your game 100% of the time so that you can still be friends at Christmas and Thanksgiving and at those family reunions. After 13 plus years in the business I have heard some horror stories from other colleagues of things not going smoothly..
Luckily in my case, everything went well and I am pretty sure my mother in law is happy with how everything turned out and she is now beginning to get settled in her new home.. Here’s to you and many happy years in such a wonderful house Mumsie!!! Thank you for putting your trust in me!
P.S.. Did I mention I am about to help my father and step mother sell and buy as well?
