Congratulations to Erin on her new home in the Hawthorne area!!!
A native Hawaiian, Erin has traveled the world, and now works here in Portland in the tech industry.
With family so far away, she was hoping to find a place that was a comfortable situation for hosting. And this new home has it all! An open, modern floor plan on the main floor, with beautiful counters and tile work, and an expansive kitchen island, a perfect focal point where friends can circle around. Plus a great bedroom and bathroom for guests, not to mention, there are also plenty of cozy spots for her cat to lounge.
Walkability was also a must for Erin, and being in the mix of such a vibrant neighborhood with countless restaurants, cafes, shops, and grocery stores nearby – She is thrilled!
It was so great to get to know, and work with, such a kind and thoughtful person. Here’s to many happy years here!
