This sweet family of 5 moved here from the Windy city many years ago with the plans to rent and get to know the area. They found a sweet rental and settled in.
When we began our search all over SE Portland. How funny that we ended up finding them this amazing unicorn four blocks from their current home. We put a full priced offer in and it got accepted. Yay! Congratulations to the Higgins Family.
