Most people moving from out of state need some time to explore neighborhoods and get a feel for what the best area is for them. But not my clients…after years of visiting Portland to see their grown kids, they knew exactly what they wanted! The walkability and sense of community down on the waterfront was just the place for this active couple who made friends even as we were touring homes. So happy they found a sweet little condo to call their first home in the northwest!
