Will and I made a great team and we found a home that ticked all the boxes for him.
We were looking in an area close to Intel’s Jones Farm Campus, priced for a first time buyer and ideally something with a bit of land, a detached garage for projects, room for a home office and a guest bedroom. We found just that!
A 3 bedroom with a new roof, hardwood floors and wood burning fireplace. The detached two car garage with space for a shop in the back was a score.
The yard will be great for the dog, the garden and whatever ideas Will can dream up.
We proceeded thoughtfully through our negotiations and inspections and the seller was willing to complete some finish up work. Will is all set up for moving day soon!
