Today is a great day!
With a creative shopping strategy and an assist from their OnPoint mortgage rep, my latest family (aka clients) closed on the purchase of their very 1st home. They are ecstatic!
Plus, with the recent shift in the market, we were able to get more concessions from the seller than they otherwise might have been able to just a few short months ago.
They’re a tight knit family of six, so work on the basement conversion starts today!
