Proximity to friends and family is often one of the most important factors in determining where to begin the search for a new home. The ability to stop by grandma’s house or pop over for coffee without leaving the neighborhood can make or break Sunday morning.
With his parents’ home a few blocks down the road to the North and his grandmother’s place just down the street, Tyler knew this adorable 3 bedroom ranch was meant to be home sweet home. Bette and Tyler had been looking for months for just the right place to discover the joy of first time home ownership, so when they came to visit this gem during an open house, we spent no time hesitating on making this dream become a reality. The charming wood burning fireplace, spacious bedrooms, and beautiful cherry trees in the gardens brought all of the touches of “home” they had been hoping for.
After waiting for the perfect listing of this gorgeous home in just the right location, Tyler and I worked our tails off to grab this property for him and his partner. Congratulations to Tyler’s entire family. I’m so delighted we snagged this ranch bringing all three generations within 5 minutes of each other!
