For years Kathy knew she’d eventually call Oregon home. Her sister and niece had landed here years earlier and she was excited to join them! Once the timing was right, we started our search in the westside burbs. Kathy wanted a home that was low maintenance, but enough yard space for her pup, Hunter.
From Tigard to Beaverton to Hillsboro we looked at many different configurations of condos, townhouses and single family homes. With the idea to age in place (in many years!) Kathy’s sister suggested no steps to get in…ruling out many townhomes.
Ultimately we found just the right floorplan that happened to also be turk-key cute! Kathy will be moved in to spend her first Pacific NW Christmas in her new home!
