Homes for Humanity, in partnership with Cultivating Initiatives will renovate this property to create housing for about twenty folks transitioning out of homelessness. Cultivating Initiatives is located on the same block, they house, provide jobs, and health care to folks transitioning off the streets.
The folks from Homes for Humanity purchased the property with funds from self-directed IRA accounts – and eventually Cultivating Initiatives will purchase the property from Homes for Humanity. This is their latest acquisition, and it closed Oct 11.
