I met Jess years ago when she worked with me on purchasing a sweet downtown condo. Recently she moved in with her partner Aaron and life was good. Jess started and is the director of a series of migrating art exhibitions called Sator (check it out here satorprojects.com). And Aaron is the owner of a custom furniture fabrication shop that mixes wood and metal (adbusch.com), how cool is that! They worked diligently to make their house into a stylish and wonderful home… then out of nowhere BAM! They saw this gorgeous home with an amazing yard that backs to Gresham Butte… And what a beautiful home it is! You want the woods as a backdrop? Check! Custom touches through out? Check! Jess and Aaron didn’t know they wanted a new home, but knew they had to have this home. Things moved quickly from there… we made a strong offer, and we were all on pins and needles waiting to hear back…
If you haven’t guessed it by now, we got the home! So here we are… I want to thank and congratulate Jess and Aaron on being wondering through out this process, and trusting me with the purchase of a vital part in the next chapter of their lives. Thanks again, and I wish you many wonderful memories in your new home.
