Sometime life doesn’t give you lemons, sometimes it’s a breeze! Stacey and Josh put their house on the market in January and needed to buy a new home after selling. Their biggest concern was finding a new home in this hot market. Really easy to sell their home, but harder to secure the new one. In under two months they went from listing their current home to moving into their new one. Stacey and Josh are diligent, dedicated and confident decision makers, perfectly equipped for making significant life decisions. Despite their house sprouting up weird new things such as a brand new leak in the roof and water main and storm damage to the fence over the course of inspections, these two just kept at it to keep the timeline intact. Dedicated to the process, they overcame this difficult moment with graceful confidence and efficiency and continued to put one foot in front of the other as they marched steadily toward their beautiful new home.
