You know your clients are going to be happy in their new home when they tell you they’ve been going to the nearby park every week before they even move in! It doesn’t hurt when that park is a hidden little refuge along a waterfront. I know they love the house, but hiking trails and kayaking access just a few steps away was what sealed the deal. Knowing how much they love the outdoors, I really don’t know where they’ll spend more time! Congratulation Katy and Luke!
