Intro: Working Some Magic in Woodstock

By Living Room Realty, February 6, 2018

A block off of Woodstock Blvd sits a 1929 craftsman pleasantly perched on a corner lot. It has stood the test of time well but it is sorely in need of some love. With some creative thinking and a lot of elbow grease, we’ll be restoring the original character and making some quality updates and improvements to this Woodstock gem.

The overall game plan is to create a new master suite upstairs, remodel the kitchen/dining areas, remodel the existing bath, finish the basement, enclose some of the yard with a new fence, and dial-in the rest of the house and property.

Check back in to see how it all goes with the Before & After post!
