It Takes a Village

I’m over the moon for my client, Sarah! Today she closed on the perfect home for her and her son! A massive “thank you” to Kristina Cashman at Guild and her supporting team for coming in last minute and closing this sale in half the time one would typically need (no, don’t ask her to do it again! She will log out of her computer and move to Bora Bora in an early retirement of craziness.). I’ve never seen a client and lender work so diligently for on time success, and I couldn’t be prouder of both of them! I look forward to hearing how relaxed Sarah is in her new home with the cleanest energy I’ve ever experienced in a house! A yard, fireplace, modern white walls and a quiet street.. she has great memories to come for her and her beautiful boy. Congratulations!!
