It was 2001 this past Sunday.

By Living Room Realty, July 3, 2019

While most of us were enjoying a relaxed Sunday, at 3:51pm the Oregon Legislature revisited 2001. I’m not taking about time travel, I’m talking about House Bill 2001.  This Bill allows for duplexes, triplexes and townhouses to be built on all single family lots in any Oregon city of +10k residents. It passed and is expected to be signed into law by the governor soon.

Always interesting to pay attention to what is happening in our government! Also curious to think about how this could or would effect our ADU program in Portland.
