It’s a Family Affair…

By Lauren Hurley, August 7, 2020

Julie & Jack wanted to sell their adorable home in Woodstock and move into a larger home for their growing family. We hit the ground running and made a list of things that should be completed prior to going on market. Siding repairs, pressure washing, paint touch ups, window cleaning, carpet cleaning…you name it! Once the home was all prepped, we had professional photos and video created. The marketing materials were hot off the press when we got a call, it was Jack’s mom, she wanted to buy their house! This was actually ideal, as they didn’t have to put the home on the market during the early uncertain days of Covid. They could get their home sold and be ready to go out and search for homes, and most importantly submit offers that were non-contingent on their selling their Woodstock home. It was a win-win!
