This fall, John and Jack came to me with an exciting and attainable dream. They wanted a home with tall vaulted ceilings in the living room located west of 205, and were looking in the $300K range. Everyone likes a high ceiling, but this pair had something special in mind. John is an aerialist and wanted to be able to hang from the rafters. Brilliant!
Being the realist that I am, I promptly told them we’d do our best, but it’s highly unlikely that we would see something that fits the bill at that price point. Well, I stand in front of you all today corrected! Less than a week after our initial chat, the perfect house came onto the market. I’m thrilled to have helped John and Jack find their new home and make this “lofty” dream come true!
