Josef Jacobberger Mediterranean

By Living Room Realty, June 13, 2019

This 1924 Mediterranean style home by renowned Portland architect Josef Jacobberger has just switched patrons for the first time in 60 years. The savvy, stucco’d home sits on a wonderfully landscaped lot with intimate outdoor hangout spaces. In a happy, small-Portland coincidence, the new homeowners happened to be acquaintances with the previous long term owners and have a connection with the listing broker to boot. Many things led the buyers to this home and now that they’ve arrived, all that’s left for them to do is get settled and enjoy the Portland summer out on the patio.
