As a Realtor, I keep a plethora of supplies at the ready, just in case. For anyone curious to what that list is like, here’s a whiff:
- Bolt cutters
- Zip ties
- Duct tape
- Realizing this sounds like a murder kit
- Ziploc bags
- High absorbency paper towels
- Quality TP
- PPE kit
- First aid kit
- Bubble water
- Protein bars
- My buyer and seller booklets (reach out if you want one)
- Windex
- Broom and Dustpan
