Since we first met years ago when we were both living in NYC, I have always admired Josh’s impeccable sense of taste. Glamor is as intrinsic to him as his pulse, constant and natural. Fast forward to today, he lives in a breathtaking historic building in the NW district and contacted me with the idea of purchasing the apartment he has been renting since moving here to Portland.
I suggested we preview some additional available options in his neighborhood to discover the authentic value of what his landlord was proposing for sale price. After a couple of tours, we saw the much larger unit next door to him had a recent price reduction. We raced home to his place to peek next door! From the additional square footage to the huge bathroom and flood of light throughout, we decided this corner apartment had to be his. We worked quickly to submit an offer and were delighted when the wonderful listing agent and seller accepted his offer. How fun and easy to move next door! Congratulations Josh. I’m so thrilled we were able to keep you in your dream place while expanding upon your glamorous adobe. I can’t wait to see what you do with the new digs. 🖤
