I am soo happy for these clients, who get to have a house by Christmas! They have been looking since April of this year and as you know, with offer after offer getting rejected, they were feeling really hopeless about ever finding a house. This one popped up and we rushed over to it, looked at it and quickly made an offer. We competed with 2 other offers which was already a Christmas miracle and got our bid picked. The excitement of that day was unreal. We got to work, getting inspections, negotiated repairs closing on time, which is not an easy feat these days. Congratulations to the most beautiful couple!
