CONGRATULATIONS TO LINDSEY & MATT, the new and proud owners of the sweetest rolling ranch in Milwaukie.

How about 2,466 square feet? Don’t even get me started on this .16 acre big ol beauty of a lot! Feeling like they really did it right on this sweetie pie.
The south facing fenced yard will welcome the sunshine even on the cloudiest of days, and on a personal level, I’m hoping the house brings them warmth whenever they need it. If we’re talking about the Pandemic as an example, I must say, this wouldn’t be a bad place to tuck away! It feels like a happy home and that is exactly what these two deserve.

As always, I had a great time shopping for houses with Lindsey & Matt. We first focused on N Portland and after a couple of competitive situations they decided to check out Milwaukie. The place could have easily sold for an extra $100k if it was in the original area. We got creative and made it happen! Scope their major win below.
