If you caught my first installment of this crazy-coincidental chronicle, you’ll know how wonderfully unique the situation really is. Nina and Sandra are sisters who have always dreamed of raising their families together, either in a duplex situation or something similar. Nothing had been quite what they wanted, until two houses in the Alberta neighborhood entered the market at the exact same time that were absolutely perfect. Now for the “coincidence” part of the whole story: they were right across the street from each other! If the last year taught us anything it’s that you can’t always plan things in life. How delightful it is to see such a happy example, for a change. Congratulations to Nina and Sandra, and both of their families!
